Help sought in probe of Dalton, Ga., traffic death

The Dalton Police Department’s Traffic Enforcement Unit is asking for the public’s help in the investigation of a traffic fatality that occurred around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The accident took place near the intersection of Grace Street and Needham Drive, according to a news release. The vehicle involved, a blue 1984 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, is believed to have been heading west when it left the road and collided with a concrete retaining wall.
