Antwan Lamar Jackson was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of attempted murder after his involvement in a shooting incident on U.S. 27 near Morrison Springs Road, according to a news release from the Red Bank Police Department.

The victim, Monica R. Branham, was able to drive herself to the Hardee's on McCahill Road in Red Bank and get help.

Branham and a witness said Jackson chased them in a vehicle from Grove Street and after blocking their vehicle on U.S. 27, and shot multiple times into their vehicle striking Branham in the abdomen.

Jackson is being held at the Hamilton County Jail on a $1,000,000 bond.
