A 20-year-old man was shot in the chest last night at Windsor Street Apartments in Chattanooga.
Ricky Rogers told police one of three men standing at one of the buildings fired several shots at him, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.
Rogers was treated at a hospital for a non-life threating injury.
