Fishing piers and walkways at the Tennessee Riverpark are covered in water as the Tennessee River crests near downtown Chattanooga.

The Tennessee Riverpark, closed earlier this week when heavy rains led to partial flooding, has now reopened.

On Monday the Tennessee Riverpark along with the boat ramp and all fishing piers had been closed as a result of rising waters.
