Help us film a day of life in Chattanooga (with video)

Friday, January 1, 1904

The Times Free Press is teaming up with you, our readers, on Thursday to document one day of life in Chattanooga.

We want you to film part of your life that day and upload it to YouTube. The Times Free Press will edit the clips into a short film.

We're looking for everyday happenings, like eating dinner with your family or completing a task at work. And we're looking for milestone events, like saying goodbye to a loved one or bringing home a new puppy.

The date, July 18, is arbitrary. But across the city, the day is sure to be filled with the joy, the heartbreak and certainly the tedium, of everyday life. Let's capture it all.

Film horizontally with any camera you have available. Just remember:

• Name your clip "One Day in Chattanooga" on YouTube.

• Include your name, location and time of day in the description.

• Keep it shorter than a minute or two.

• And answer these questions in the clip: What are you afraid of? What are you proud of?
