The guy who has wrangled snakes from dining rooms and chased rats out of cellars on the Food Network will be in Chattanooga on Thursday, Aug. 15.
Ben Vaughn, host of "Health Inspectors," will visit Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College, for an 11 a.m. talk to students and to share his experiences as a chef.
At 7 p.m. that night, Vaughn will direct Culinard students in the preparation of a four-course dinner held on the college campus at 721 Eastgate Loop Road. Tickets are $55 for the VIP dinner with Vaughn.
