A 45-year-old female was found deceased Tuesday morning at a downtown Dickson hair salon where she worked as a hair stylist. Dickson police declined to release the woman's name.
A coworker found the deceased woman at Salon 360 off Church Street around the time the business opened. She died within the past 24 hours.
Her death appears to be from natural causes, but investigators are waiting for a preliminary autopsy report from the medical examiner's office before making a determination. No obvious signs of foul play were present at the scene.
