Black Jake & The Carnies, who call themselves "The Original Kings of Crabgrass" for their mash-up of punk, bluegrass and Americana music, are among the acts at the Scenic City Roots concert at 7 tonight, June 6, at Track 29, 1400 Market St.
Also in the lineup are country singer Elizabeth Cook (who is also this week's Nightfall headliner), Americana rocker Jacob Jones and Chattanooga duo Old-Time Travelers.
Doors open at 6 p.m. The show is all-ages, but anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian in attendance. IDs are required for anyone 18 and older.
