Jackson County, Ala., deputies arrest 4 in meth case

The Jackson County, Ala., Sheriff's Office arrested four people after police said they made a drug raid.

Along with officers from the Stevenson Police Department, members of the sheriff's narcotics unit served a warrant Thursday at County Road 54. There, according to a news release, police found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and items that can be used to make meth.

Officers arrested 23-year-old John Winston St. Clair, of Stevenson, Ala.; 23-year-old Brandon Allen Dawson, of Hollywood, Ala.; 28-year-old Eric William Ledford, of Stevenson; and 24-year-old Amanda Brooke Little, of Scottsboro, Ala.

Police charged all four with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police also held active warrants for Dawson on charges of burglary and theft, both stemming from an incident at Northeast College.
