Chattanooga police said a "large crowd of juveniles" scuffled near a Market Street parking garage after the Riverbend Festival on Saturday.
Spokesman Nathan Hartwig said police were called to 300 Market St. at 11:14 p.m. When the police arrived, the fight was over and everyone left the area.
Soon after, officers were called to a nearby location where a person had been cut. The person was treated for a minor injury and released, Hartwig said.
He noted that, "At this point, there have been no reports of fights inside the venue of the Riverbend Festival."
