Hamilton County Mayor Jim Coppinger is scheduled to present his 2014 budget proposal at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at a County Commission agenda session.

Commissioners will have 10 days to consider the proposed budget before they vote to approve or reject it.

If approved, the budget will go into effect July 1.
