Award-winning painter Camilla Emerson, of Fairfield Glade, Tenn., is this month's featured artist at the Shanks Center for the Arts, 140 N. Main St., Crossville Tenn.

In addition to her works in the Warehouse Gallery, the center has three rooms of original fine art, books and CDs by regional artists, authors and musicians.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. CDT Wednesday-Saturday.

Parking is available behind the building at Taylor and Thurman avenues.
