Crime Stoppers and Hamilton County Sheriff's Office are seeking information on the location of Eric Lebron Fossis.

Crime Stoppers and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office are seeking information on the location of Eric Lebron Fossis, who is on Hamilton County's Top 12 most-wanted list.

Fossis, 41, has active warrants for two counts of violating the sex offender registry and monitoring act. According to police, Fossis moved and didn't notify the state of his new location.

He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. His last known address is 2113 Garfield St. in Chattanooga.
