CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has opened The Crossings at Marshalls Creek, a 103,000-square-foot shopping center in Stroudsburg, Pa.
The shopping center is anchored by Price Chopper grocery, Rite Aid, STS Tire and Auto Centers and Family Dollar and features about 22,000 square feet of stores and restaurants including Subway, YoCups Yogurt & Coffee, and The Salon, according to the Chattanooga-based company.
Price Chopper marked its grand opening on June 18th and the additional stores will continue opening throughout the summer.
“The shopping center delivers a strong line-up of national and regional retailers and restaurants that are sure to receive a positive reception from area consumers,” said Michael Lebovitz, executive vice president – development & administration for CBL.
