Hamilton County Commission accepts attorney contract

Hamilton County commissioners today approved the renewal of county attorney Rheubin Taylor's nearly $590,000, four-year contract.

Taylor was appointed by Mayor Jim Coppinger, but the commission had to approve the contract.

Taylor has served as county attorney for 20 years. Before becoming county attorney, he served as a commissioner for 15 years.
