Dodds Avenue shooting victims identified

The four victims of an early morning shooting on Dodds Avenue have been identified by Chattanooga police.

Four people drove in a personal vehicle to an area hospital just before 4 a.m. today, police said in a news release.

Investigators interviewed Jimmy McCane, 30, Ladarrel Bradley, 26, and Dominique King, 20, and learned the shooting took place at 1501 Dodds Ave.

The fourth victim, Demetrius Davis, 19, died at the hospital, the release stated.

The victims told police they were sitting in a vehicle at the address when someone opened fire. McCane, Bradley and King suffered nonlife-threatening injuries.

The suspect was described as a light-skinned black male wearing a blue shirt.
