Hamilton County dispatchers say a shooting victim has been taken to Erlanger Medical Center tonight.

The victim - dispatchers could not confirm whether it is a man or a woman - was shot in the stomach around 9:20 p.m. at 716 E. 51st Street. Officers are still working the crime scene, and no information about a suspect is available at this time.

Note: A previous article on this shooting reported that two people were shot. Dispatchers now say there is one victim.
