A spokeswoman for the Tennessee Highway Patrol said an accident on Interstate 75 has shut down the southbound lanes at mile marker 14.

According to the TDOT website, the crash was reported around 9:30 p.m. and is expected to be cleared by 11:50 p.m.

Northbound traffic is affected with rubbernecking delays, the website says.

The spokeswoman said there were injuries but had no further details as of 10 p.m. Sunday night.
