DealerRater has cited Toyota of Cleveland for outstanding customer satisfaction based on customers' online reviews posted on the DealerRater website.
DealerRater recently announced the winners of the 2013 Dealer of the Year Award Program. Through this award program, 38 manufacturer categories were represented honoring top U.S. and Canadian dealers.
Toyota of Cleveland has demonstrated consistently high ratings for customer satisfaction, placing them in the top of their class, according to DealerRater.

1-800-vehicles.com to open Friday
Chattanooga will mark the opening of a 1-800-vehicles.com franchise on Friday at 5203 Brainerd Road.
The nationally branded franchise offers concierge-level car buying services to customers who are in the market for a quality used car.
Hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Stanford joins CIRCE Medical
Todd Stanford, a licensed physician assistant and decorated military veteran, has joined CIRCE Medical Services in Chattanooga.
Stanford received his physician assistant degree from the University of Utah in 1998 and his RN certification from Salt Lake Community College in 1991. He previously served as a registered nurse for a decade and as an Army Combat Medic/LPN with the Army National Guard from 1988 to 1996.
Stanford has 15 years of experience as a physician assistant specializing in rehabilitation, neurosurgery and pain management. Most recently, Stanford served as a PA for Chattanooga-based Consultants in Pain Management.
Stephens joins Barnett & Co.
Summer Stephens has joined Barnett & Co. as office manager. Stephens has seven years of experience in the investment field. She resides in Chickamauga, Ga., with her husband, Jeremy, and sons Hunter and Easton.
Barnett & Co., is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides management to high net worth individuals, retirement plans, endowments and foundations.
Dr. Bushnell earns sports certificate
Dr. Brad Bushnell, the vice chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine at Harbin Clinic, recently received his subspecialty certificate in sports medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Bushnell is the first orthopaedic surgeon at the Harbin Clinic to obtain this designation, which involves an in-depth practice review and a national exam.
Surgeons with a subspecialty certificate must also be board certified in orthopaedic surgery and complete an accredited one-year sports medicine surgery fellowship.
Clayton joins Caris Health Care
Knoxville businessman Jim Clayton has joined the board of directors of Caris Health Care. Clayton, who sold his mobile home business to Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway in 2003, is the current CEO and sole shareholder of Clayton Bankcorp, Inc., which owns Clayton Bank & Trust and American City Bank in Tennessee.
"I lost my mom at age 97 last year and know first hand the importance of hospice care to the patient and to the family," he said. "No one performs this meaningful service with attention to detail like Caris."
Caris Healthcare, an $81.2 mllion-a-year company, offers hospice services through 25 offices, including one on Shallowford Road in Chattanooga.
Whirlpool to help Habitat house
Whirlpool Corp. and Habitat for Humanity will team up to build a house in Cleveland, Tenn., this year.
Other cities in which they are teaming are Tulsa, Okla.; Benton Harbor, Mich.; Ottawa, Marion and Findlay, Ohio; and Bloomington, Ind., as part of a campus build at Indiana University.
Over the past 13 years, Whirlpool has contributed more than $78 million in cash and product to support the mission of Habitat for Humanity.
Greco earns HomeServe award
HomeServe employee Joe Greco was presented with a Gold Stevie Award in the Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year- Business & Diversified Services category in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.

Two join Frost & Co.
Stephanie Honeycutt and Lindsey Parks have joined Frost & Co.'s audit and assurance staff.
Honey-cutt has been an accountant at Joseph Decosimo and Co. and assistant branch manager at Capital Bank.
She has two years experience of dedicated tax preparation of federal and state returns including individual, trust, partnership, corporation and S-corporation returns.
Parks has been a staff accountant at BBVA Compass Bank and an accountant at Lovoy, Summerville, & Shelton P.C.
She has over two years professional experience in accounting.
Averitt Express donates to St. Jude
Averitt Express associates recently donated $400,000 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
Since 1986, Averitt associates have raised nearly $7 million for various charities and causes. More than $2.6 million of that has gone to St. Jude, the company said.
"Every week, nearly all of our associates make a difference to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital patients and their families with just a $1 payroll contribution," said Gary Sasser, chief executive of Averitt.
Edwards Jones leases new office
The full-service brokerage firm Edward Jones has leased new space at The Pointe Corporate Centre.
The new office will be led by financial advisor Stan Russell, said Jeff Jennings of NAI Charter Real Estate Corp., which represented Edward Jones.
The Pointe Corporate Centre is a self-contained office park designed for approximately 350,000 square feet of Class "A" office space. Currently near completion, The Pointe is comprised of multistory, multitenant buildings in a heavily landscaped campus setting.
