Chattanooga: Election Commission deciding runoff fate tomorrow

Hakeem won 1,030 votes to Murphy’s 1,024. There were seven write-in votes.

Hamilton County Elections Administrator Charlotte Mullis-Morgan said today that provisional ballots were opened, but there no ballots were cast in District 9.
