Jimmy TawaterThe River City Showcase, a who's who of Chattanooga musicians, will be presented Saturday, March 9, at the Alhambra Shrine Temple, 1000 Alhambra Shrine Drive.
Fronting the 10-piece ensemble are vocalist/guitarist Jimmy Tawater and vocalist Janella Hayes.
Rounding out the band are veteran players John Cady (lead guitar), Jim Rhodes (bass), Barry Wilde (keyboards), Johnny E. Smith (drums), Tom Lifsey (Latin percussion) and Carle Vickers (tenor sax), along with "rising stars" Keith Guillot (baritone sax) and Stephen Bearden (trumpet).
