Reservations are being accepted for the Chattanooga Music Club's annual fundraiser, set for 6 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at Stratton Hall, 3146 Broad St.

St. Patrick's Purse will feature musical entertainment, a silent auction and a seated dinner catered by Dish T'Pass. Proceeds will be used to help fund the club's scholarships for young musicians and to maintain Memorial Auditorium's 1924 Austin pipe organ.

The primary musical performer will be Caroline Brown Hudson, principal harpist with the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera. Hudson spent 15 years with the National Symphony Orchestra, returning to her Chattanooga hometown in 2010 to join the CSO.

In the symphony concert of Nov. 3, 2012, in which she was soloist, her interpretation of Ravel's Introduction and Allegro was called "impressive" and "captivating" in a Chattanooga Times Free Press review. For this benefit, Hudson will direct a harp quartet.

Other scheduled musicians are Joe Simpson (bagpipe); Jim Bailiff (Irish tenor); and string and brass ensembles from the CSO Youth Orchestras.
