Crash on I-24 East near Seminole Road blocks traffic

A crash on Interstate 24 at mile marker 182 has blocked traffic from Seminole Road back to the Market Street exit. TDOT said that eastbound traffic is slowed with the left lane block while westbound traffic is not affected.
