The Chattanooga Convention & Visitors Bureau today announced it has opened a temporary visitors center at Shuttle Park South at 1398 Market St., near the Chattanooga Choo Choo.
It will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will provide information on area attractions, restaurants and services.
“After we closed the visitors center at Shuttle Park North on Broad Street, we knew it was important to continue providing visitors with a one-stop source for information about the city,” Bob Doak, CVB president, said. “We needed a space that would offer easy access to information while our new visitors center is being built.”
The CVB will also open a new mobile visitors center beginning this weekend near the Tennessee Aquarium, a news release said.
