The traffic engineering office said the eastbound curb lane of Frazier Avenue from North Market Street to the Walnut Street Bridge, Walnut Street from the south end of the Walnut Street Bridge to East Third Street and the westbound curb lane of East 3rd Street to High Street will be closed and streets in the Bluff View Art District will be congested with pedestrians on Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. for the Chattanooga Cares Strides of March. No streets, however, will be closed in the Bluff View Arts District, Coolidge Park and Renaissance Park although drivers are asked to watch for pedestrians in these areas.
