A multi-vehicle crash has blocked the left lanes of Interstate 24, creating a traffic backup.
The crash at mile marker 180 was reported at 12:40 p.m. and is estimated to be cleared by 1:40, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Westbound traffic is not affected.
