Thousands attend the "Running of the Chihuahuas"
Thousands of people attended the sixth annual "Running of the Chihuahuas" at the First Tennessee Pavilion on Saturday. The event, sponsored by Hits96 radio station, featured live musical performances, vendor booths and more than 100 dogs participating in the races.
