Last night two motorcyclists crashed and sustained serious injuries on Interstate 24 near the ridge-cut.

Chattanooga police reported both were transported to a local hospital where they are listed in stable condition.

Police reported that both motorcyclists were traveling at a high rate of speed when they lost control and crashed. Their investigation is ongoing and charges may be filed pending the outcome.
