Riverbend pins on sale

Admission pins to the Riverbend Festival are on sale at more than 100 area Kangaroo Express stores. Through midnight Thursday, June 6, they'll cost $32. The price rises to $45 when the festival begins Friday, June 7, and pins must be purchased at the gate. One-day armbands will cost $26. The nine-day festival will feature more than 100 bands, including headliners Jake Owen, Cee Lo Green, Brandy, Newsboys, Dierks Bentley, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gavin DeGraw and O.A.R.

A pin and $5 will get you into the Bessie Smith Strut on Monday, June 10; cost is $10 without a pin.

Kangaroo Express customers also can sign up for the free Riverbend Rewards program to receive special offers. Cardholders can get a free coffee with any purchase when they present the card at checkout.
