The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department extinguished a fire this morning at 1031 Old Mill Lane.
There were no injuries and damages were listed at $2,000, according to a news release.
A homeowner in the Middle Valley area called 911 to report the fire and upon arrival at the scene firefighters quickly put at the fire on the stove and kitchen cabinets.
