A Walker County judge today declared a mistrial for a 67-year-old LaFayette, Ga., man charged with molesting a 15-year-old girl.

A jury of eleven men and one woman could not agree on four of the five charges against Alvin Moses. Jurors acquitted him on one count of child molestation.

Afterwards, several jurors said they couldn't find Moses guilty because police didn't have enough evidence and they appeared to have lied about some of the details.

"It was kind of like a made-up case," said juror John Goins.

In 2009, Moses was charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery and four counts of child molestation. The trial began Monday.
