Lucas RippySODDY DAISY - A Mississippi man is behind bars charged with vehicular homicide after police say he was impaired when he crashed his car and killed a woman.
Soddy Daisy Police say 41-year-old Lucas Rippy crashed his Mustang on Thrasher Pike around 3:05 a.m. Saturday.
His passenger, 45-year-old Samantha Ownby of Hixson, was ejected. She was taken to Erlanger Hospital where she died.
