Georgia’s Josh Harvey-Clemons suspended for opener

Georgia sophomore safety Josh Harvey-Clemons will miss the season opener at Clemson after admitting to smoking marijuana earlier this month in Athens.

The university confirmed the suspension Tuesday.

Harvey-Clemons was the defensive MVP of spring practice. The 6-foot-5, 207-pounder from Valdosta had 14 tackles last season and one tackle for loss.
