Lequan Dorsett Bennett

The Chattanooga Police Department has reported its arrest of Lequan Dorsett Bennett, 23, in connection with a Wednesday robbery in which the victim was maced.

The police department said the incident took place at 5821 Lee Highway

Robert Johnson, 77, said one of two men maced him and then the suspects escaped with a bank bag containing $3,000 in cash.

Chattanooga police said the investigation is continuing.
