Film offers new view of Appalachian Trail - Nov. 15

"Climb to Katahdin" playing at Outdoor Chattanooga

Outdoor Chattanooga, 200 River St., will present a documentary about a couple's northbound journey on the Appalachian Trail at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15. "Climb to Katahdin" follows Coltin Calloway, his girlfriend Lindsay Fasic and dog Chaser on their 2,100-mile through-hike. The film includes footage of the challenges and natural wonders from all three -- Chaser wore a dog cam. Attendees are invited to bring a camp chair and Thermos for the free screening.
