Tellabration in Cleveland - Nov. 16

The Cleveland Storytelling Guild will take part in Tellabration, a worldwide evening of storytelling, on Saturday, Nov. 16, at First Presbyterian Church, 433 N. Ocoee St.

Beginning at 7 p.m., local and regional tellers will share some of their best folk tales, traditional tales and personal stories.

The Cleveland Storytelling Guild regularly meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Community Room of the Cleveland Bradley Public Library on Church Street. Stories begin at 7 p.m.

Other upcoming events for the guild include Warm Stories & Hot Cider on Jan. 10 and Ocoee Story Fest, with featured teller Lyn Ford, on Feb. 7.

Tellabration, observed each November, is coordinated by the National Storytelling Network, based in Jonesborough, Tenn. Other events may be found at www.tellabration.org.
