19 National Philanthropy Day Luncheon, The Chattanoogan, Broad St., 11:30 a.m., $40 per person, $400 table of eight. Southeast Tennessee chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals honors Jim and Amy Jo Osborn, Dr. Bill Stacy, Zan Guerry, Pete Cooper, Anna Carroll and the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
