Epps joins Olsen Law Firm
Elizabeth EppsOlsen Law Firm has added attorney Elizabeth L. Epps as an immigration law associate.
Admitted to practice in Tennessee, she is a native of Little Rock, Ark. She is an alumna of William and Mary Law School, and Sewanee: The University of the South.
While in law school, Epps was involved in student organizations and fulfilled several leadership roles.
Her practice areas include employment and investment-based immigration law, family-based permanent residence immigration law, non-immigrant visas, entries and statuses, and naturalization processing and filing.
Georgia Winery wins awards
The Georgia Winery entered the Mid-Atlantic Southeastern Wine Competition and each wine that was entered took home an award.
At the Mid-Atlantic Competition, which had 562 entries, six of the Georgia Winery's wines were entered.
Pretty in Pink received best of Show and a gold medal. Blackberry received a gold medal in the Blackberry Category. Southern Sangria received a gold medal in the Blend Category. Muscadine and Strawberry both received silver medals and Chattanooga Blush took home a bronze medal.
Chambliss adds two attorneys
Chambliss added Alex McVeagh and Martha Culp as associate attorneys.
McVeagh joins as a member of the law firm's litigation and risk management practice group. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Culp is a member of the firm's business group. She graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as senior editor of the Law and Psychology Review.
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel serves as counsel for regional, national, and international businesses, financial institutions, local governments and nonprofit organizations.
Hutton Construction promotes Smith to senior project manager
Todd Smith of Hutton Construction has been promoted to senior project manager, said Bob Elliott, executive vice president of development and construction.
Smith has been employed with Hutton Construction for three years. He began as a project manager and was promoted to corporate safety director.
He has completed more than 40 Family Dollar Stores. He recently managed the completion of a 120,000-square-foot project in Salisbury, N.C., that included a Belk Department Store. Smith is now man aging a 600,000-square-foot project in Mobile, Ala.
"Todd's technical knowledge, experience and leadership skills have resulted in this promotion for him," said Elliott.
