Boys, 14 and 16, charged with murder in North Georgia

Marietta police say they've arrested two teenagers in the killing of a man found in a bus station parking lot with a knife wound to his chest.

Police say the slaying near the Cobb Community Transport Terminal lot on South Marietta Parkway, where the dead man was found late Saturday night. He was later identified as 18-year-old Marqise Carruthers of Marietta.

Police determined that an altercation had occurred between the victim and two juveniles at another location and ended violently near the bus station parking lot.

Police say they arrested two Marietta boys -- a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old. Both suspects face murder charges.

Marietta is about 20 miles northwest of Atlanta.
