The Chattanooga Transportation Department has reported that the 3900 block of Saint Elmo Avenue, between Old Mountain Road and Tennessee Avenue, will be closed today from 6 to 8 p.m.

This part of the highway is being closed for Historic Saint Elmo National Night Out.
