Jonathan Cooper

East Ridge Animal Services supervisor Jonathan Cooper was arrested Saturday night following an incident in Chattanooga.

Mr. Cooper has not been booked at this time, so information on the charges are limited.

The East Ridge Police Department will conduct an investigation of the incident to determine if any city policy violations have occurred.
