BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Police are trying to identify a woman found dead in a burning car in Birmingham.
WBMA-TV reports that firefighters found the burning car Sunday on Interstate 59 just before 5 a.m.
Fire crews put out the blaze, but the driver was already dead. There no passengers in the vehicle.
Authorities were working to identify the woman.
