Marquita PriceMcMINN COUNTY, Tenn. - The ex-wife of a McMinn County deputy is facing drug and theft charges.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested Marquita Price of Niota after it was revealed she as responsible for taking drugs from the safe of her husband's police vehicle late last year.
Marquita Price of Niota was indicted by the McMinn County grand jury on one count of theft over $1,000, one count of possession of schedule I drug for resale and two counts of possession of a schedule II drug for resale.
