NASHVILLE - Brentwood Academy kept its hopes alive for the Division II-AA region football title with a 36-10 victory Friday over visiting Baylor.

The Eagles (6-3, 3-2) won their fourth consecutive game by dominating both sides of the ball and never giving Baylor (5-3, 2-2) a real shot to win.

"This is what good football teams do," Brentwood Academy coach Cody White said. "Our guys get better every week and learn from their mistakes. We had a little panic a few weeks ago because some stout teams on our schedule exposed our weaknesses, but we've stayed the course and really started to play well."
