15-year-old girl missing from Dalton, Ga.

The Whitfield County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating a missing 15-year-old girl.

Andrea Sawyers walked away from her Dalton home on August 29, according to a news release.

She is approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has long brown hair and was wearing a black tank top, black sweat pants and flip flops when she left.

A runaway warrant has been issued, as she left her residence after an argument with her guardian, according to a news release.
