Photos and video that a local photographer took of Cee Lo Green's performance at Riverbend this summer will air on E! Entertainment TV in a documentary about the performer.
Mark A. Herndon shot footage of Green when the Atlanta-based singer/songwriter was on the Coke Stage on June 8. According to a news release, in an episode of "True Hollywood Story: Cee Lo Green," the TV network will use video of Green performing with his original group, Goodie Mob, who joined him onstage for a few minutes. The documentary will air at 10 p.m. on Sept. 16.
Riverbend officials gave permission for E! to use the footage, the release said.
Green caused a stir during his Riverbend performance for using the "F" word, drinking onstage and mooning the audience, but he later apologized.
