Scope: This fast-casual restaurant will serve bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and will be open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. The location can seat 40 people inside and another 25 on an outside patio. The energy-efficient building is equipped with LED lighting and the site includes a 31-spot parking lot. Renner expects to hire about 40 people.
Timeline: The restaurant should open by the end of September.
Future: Einstein Bros Bagels, a fast-casual restaurant chain, is breaking into the Chattanooga region with this location on East Brainerd Road. Renner plans to add another five locations in the region, including in Hixson, Cleveland and North Georgia.
