Rapper Big Boi will continue his Shoes for Running World Tour with a rescheduled Chattanooga stop on Tuesday, Sept. 24. A knee injury in May forced the cancellation of several shows, including his originally scheduled appearance at Track 29 on May 31.

Tickets purchased for that date will be honored at this show.

Born Antwan Patton, Big Boi has enjoyed the rare 20-year career as a hip-hop artist. As one half of Outkast with Andre 3000, Big Boi blazed trails with three certified classics: 1994's "Southerplayalisticadilacmuzik," 1996's "ATLiens" and 1998's "Aquemini." The duo then brought in the new millennium by selling 4 million copies of genre-defying fourth studio album, "Stankonia," which they followed up with the diamond-selling opus "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below."

Nearly a decade later, Big Boi continues to break ground on his own with his second solo album, "Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors," the follow-up to 2010's critically acclaimed "Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty."

He's joined on the tour by fellow Atlanta rapper Killer Mike.
