Clayton County Police Chief Gregory Porter speaks during a news conference Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, in Jonesboro, Ga., where it was announced that kidnap victim Ayvani Perez was found alive in Conyers, Ga., on Wednesday and has been reunited with her family. He said two suspects were in custody. Perez had been taken from her home early Tuesday after authorities said robbers broke in, demanded money and jewelry and were told there was none.

ATLANTA — Police are continuing their search for two men depicted in sketches who are suspects in the abduction of a 14-year-old Georgia girl.

Ayvani Hope Perez was abducted early Tuesday from her suburban Atlanta home. A suspected kidnapper called her family, demanding money and drugs in exchange for her release, according to a court document released Thursday.

After a 36-hour ordeal, the suspected kidnappers finally called the family around midday Wednesday and said Ayvani would be dropped off at a relative's home in Conyers.

The girl was found safe and in good health at her aunt's home.

Police on Wednesday arrested two men in connection with the case. But police say they're still searching for the two suspects depicted in the sketches, who they say were involved in the abduction.
