Three people are in serious condition after a full-size pickup truck and a smaller passenger car collided in the 700 block of Urbane Road in Bradley County just before 2 a.m. Sunday, Bradley EMS chief Stan Clark said.
Bradley County EMS responded to the head-on accident with three ambulances and a shift commander. All three patients are listed in serious condition at Erlanger. The hospital's LifeForce air ambulance was requested to land at the landing zone in Sky Ridge to transport one of the patients.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation as of Sunday afternoon, sheriff's office spokesman Bob Gault said.
